Job Description

To work with the leaders and founders directly
To be able to be a part of the IPO process

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic business goals.
Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
Drive cost optimisation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory financial requirements.
Mentor and guide the finance team to achieve their professional goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Business Finance should have:

A strong background in Accounting & Finance with expertise in financial planning and analysis.
MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognised institution (Tier 1 preferred), not looking for CAs
Proven leadership experience in managing financial teams and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex financial scenarios.
Familiarity with the Technology industry, particularly the Internet sector.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
