Job Description

As a Vice President - Analytics and Relationship Management Lead at HSBC in the GTPM Hub, your role involves working closely with various stakeholders such as Global Businesses, Global Functions, COO, TPRO, Second Line of Defence (2LoD), Group Operations Executives, Regional Forums, Procurement stakeholders, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting and executing a plan to deliver data management in line with Global Hub requirements - Leading a team of data experts to ensure objectives are met - Ensuring the data team has the necessary capacity and skills to meet demand - Continuously improving and optimizing the capabilities of the Hub through data and insights - Supporting effective execution of change within the Hub - Providing leadership team with data to ensure quality and service delivery - Leading the resolution of findings from internal control audits - Managing and completing changes to frameworks across the HUBs - Identifying development needs and providing ongoing training - Reviewing analysis, MI, and reporting to identify key themes, trends, and risks - Managing initiatives to embed and maintain good data management practices - Ensuring compliance with data regulations and good practices - Governing relationships between data elements across different systems In terms of Leadership & Teamwork, you are expected to: - Translate strategy into your Function and align directions accordingly - Deliver high standards and embed them in the team - Set stretching goals for yourself and the team, delivering with courage and tenacity - Engage authentically with colleagues and partners to deliver results - Make decisions that enhance HSBC values and reputation - Collaborate effectively and emphasize teamwork, diversity, and knowledge-sharing - Role model Group values and behaviors to deliver superior Customer Service Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience managing senior level relationships - Third party management experience in financial services - Strong people management skills with technical resources - Experience in data analytics, MI, reporting, and communication to senior stakeholders - Framework creation for continuous technical learning - Third Party Risk Management operational risk experience - Understanding of Global Businesses and Global Functions in a Bank - Experience across various Risk Domains is desirable Additional skills that would be beneficial: - Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience - Fluency in more than one language - Ability to support global businesses and functions At HSBC, we provide a range of flexible working arrangements and family-friendly policies to ensure everyone can fulfill their potential.
