VridhCare is an NGO dedicated to supporting senior citizens across India by assisting old age homes with essential healthcare, nutrition, and ensuring their dignity. Role Description

This is a volunteering role for VridhCare, based in Delhi. Volunteers will engage in tasks such as assisting with organizing and participating in community outreach initiatives, coordinating donation drives, supporting senior citizens in old age homes, and helping with awareness campaigns. Participants will also contribute to building collaborations with individuals, companies, and other organizations to further the mission of VridhCare.

Qualifications

• Communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and a compassionate approach to working with elderly individuals
• Organizational and coordination skills, especially in managing events, partnerships, and donation drives
• Networking skills, with an ability to build and maintain collaborations with stakeholders
• Passion for social impact and commitment to improving the lives of senior citizens
• Ability to work in both in-person and remote settings effectively and independently
• Prior experience in social work, nonprofit volunteering, or community service is advantageous but not mandatory
• A flexible and adaptable mindset to contribute across various tasks and activities
