The Ghatsfield Foundation (Trust) is a non-profit organization focused on Rural Development, Climate Change & Sustainability, Disaster Management, AI for Community Development, Inclusive Education, and Action Research. Formed by alumni of Marian College Kuttikkanam (Autonomous) in 2024, we are dedicated to creating positive change and empowering communities through active volunteering.

Role Description

This is a hybrid volunteer role located in Thiruvananthapuram, with the opportunity for some work from home. The Volunteer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to supporting various projects in Rural Development, Climate Change & Sustainability

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Passion for community development and positive social change
• Basic knowledge of the focus areas of the organization
• Experience in volunteering or community service is a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Interest in learning and professional development
