Social & Marketing Team : Create engaging reels, manage campaigns, and spread our message through creative social media strategies. 3. Creative / Innovation Team : Bring your ideas to life! Suggest new initiatives and creative directions for both online and offline events. 4. Presentation Team : If you love to speak, teach, or interact — this is your chance to shine. Conduct sessions, represent Karnika, and polish your public speaking skills. 5. Ullam Team : Be the face of Karnika on the ground. Support all events, assist other teams, and engage directly with the community.
