MAD's vision is to ensure equitable outcomes for all children growing up in care in India, and its mission is to achieve this within the next 25 years by mobilizing the community, empowering the child, enabling the sector, and changing the ecosystem. With a volunteer-driven workforce of 4000, MAD operates with a flat structure and virtual infrastructure across 23 cities in India.

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role in Bardez for a Volunteer at Make A Difference. The Volunteer will be responsible for participating in activities to support children in shelters, assisting in their development and empowerment on a day-to-day basis.
