Through our dynamic workshops, we aim to make art a joyful and inclusive experience for all participants. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Art Host located in New Delhi. The Art Host will be responsible for leading art workshops, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. Day-to-day tasks include setting up art materials, guiding participants through creative processes, providing encouragement, and assisting with any questions or needs. The role also involves organizing the venue, coordinating with other staff, and handling basic administrative tasks related to the workshops. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Training and guiding others, preferably in a workshop or educational setting Knowledge of Food & Beverage service as it relates to event settings Sales skills with an ability to promote and upsell workshop materials or future events Passion for art and creativity Ability to work in a team and multi-task in a dynamic environment Previous experience in hosting or event management is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required, additional education in arts or hospitality is beneficial
