Her Haq is a youth-led, not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment. The organization addresses the diverse needs of women and empowers them to challenge societal norms and the status quo. Her Haq actively works in the areas of menstrual hygiene awareness, financial literacy, and legal literacy through on-ground workshops and policy-driven solutions.

About the 2025 Recruitment Drive

The 2025 recruitment drive seeks passionate individuals who recognize the importance of building a gender-equal world. Her Haq operates through three core roles, each playing a vital role in fulfilling the organization’s mission:

Social Media : The Social Media Team at Her Haq creates engaging carousels for events and campaigns. They also collaborate with the Research Team to transform key statistics and content into visually appealing, social media-ready posts.

Research and Advocacy : The Research and Advocacy Department at Her Haq curates impactful content to drive change through policy interventions. Additionally, it develops modules to support offline campaigns and fieldwork initiatives.

Partnership and Collaboration : The Partnerships and Collaborations Team focuses on securing sponsorships for Her Haq's events. Moreover, the team finds partners for on ground and online advocacy projects. Finally, they actively seek meaningful collaborations to build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders in the social sector.

Applicants may select their preferred role. However, as part of the recruitment process, all applicants should complete tasks related to each role. The submitted tasks will be evaluated by the Her Haq team, and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Final appointments will be made based on the combined assessment of tasks and the interview process.
