EPIC (Empowering People Initiating Change) is the youth wing of Talent Enablers NGO, established in 2014. The organization aims to bring about social change by calling on the young generation to elevate society and be the change they wish to see in the world. Started as a dream of two young individuals, EPIC now has a network of more than 200 volunteers worldwide. The youth act as the driving force, and we channel their energy and creativity towards a responsible approach, helping them understand their role in nation-building and become contributing members of society. Our work spans Gudiya (She Can and She Will), Gram Uday (Nurturing The Roots), Gyaan (Knowledge Beyond Books) and Khushalaya (Fur, Fin & Feather), and more, reaching marginalized communities by global & grassroots action through youth leadership.

Role Description

EPIC (Empowering People Initiating Change), the youth wing of Talent Enablers, is inviting applications for a 3-month volunteership program that offers passionate young individuals a chance to lead, learn, and create meaningful impact. As an EPIC Volunteer Member, you’ll be part of a dynamic international network of changemakers working towards inclusive, sustainable development. You’ll contribute to real-time initiatives, engage in problem-solving at the grassroots level, and be empowered to take ownership of your ideas and actions. This opportunity is ideal for those who are not just looking to volunteer, but to grow as empathetic, action-oriented leaders of tomorrow.

Students or young professionals
