Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Volume Hiring Specialist to join our recruitment team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing high volumes of candidates within tight deadlines. This position plays a critical role in supporting our talent acquisition needs during a high-growth period, ensuring that we meet our recruitment targets and deliver quality candidates across various functions. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing updates on interview progress and outcomes. Skills & Qualifications: HSC/Graduate with 1 year Proven experience in high-volume recruitment Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
