Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Customize Salesforce to fit the organization s business processes by configuring objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (as applicable). Manage user profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper access controls are in place. User Management & Support: Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts in Salesforce. Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and offering guidance on system features and best practices. Create and maintain user documentation and training materials. Conduct end-user training and onboarding for new hires. Data Management & Integrity: Ensure that data is clean, accurate, and up-to-date within Salesforce by performing regular data maintenance tasks (e.g., data imports, data quality checks, and de-duplication). Work with data migration teams to support the import of new data into Salesforce. Implement data validation rules to ensure that data entered into Salesforce is accurate and consistent. Work to ensure that data archival is addressed in compliance with data standards. Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards for various departments (sales, marketing, service, etc.) to support decision-making. Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and actionable. Provide recommendations for improvements based on report and dashboard analysis. Automation & Workflow Management: Create and manage automation using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to streamline business processes. Implement approval processes, task assignments, and notifications to increase operational efficiency. System Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor and apply Salesforce system updates, patches, and releases. Manage release and sandbox environments, ensuring that updates and changes are thoroughly tested before deployment to production. Troubleshoot and resolve system errors or issues promptly. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Salesforce is configured to meet business requirements. Collect feedback from users and collaborate with business teams to continually improve the Salesforce environment. Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor Salesforce security measures, including user permissions, profile settings, and audit logs. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, when handling customer data within Salesforce. Project Management: Manage and participate in Salesforce-related projects, such as system enhancements, new feature rollouts, or integrations with other tools and systems. Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, or development teams for advanced customizations or integrations. Required Skills : Salesforce Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Shield, etc.). Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce configuration tools, such as Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.), SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language), Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and find practical solutions within the Salesforce platform. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and system configurations. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) Experience with Salesforce Development:<
