Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a VOIP Support Technician with work-from-home flexibility. The VOIP Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting VOIP issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of telecommunication systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to support tickets, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, conducting regular system maintenance, and communicating effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Information Technology and Software
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid role, both in-office and remotely
• Knowledge of VOIP based PBX systems is a must
• Bachelor's degree in any descipline
