Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a VOIP Support Technician with work-from-home flexibility. The VOIP Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting VOIP issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of telecommunication systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to support tickets, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, conducting regular system maintenance, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience in Information Technology and Software Strong Communication skills Ability to work in a hybrid role, both in-office and remotely Knowledge of VOIP based PBX systems is a must Bachelor's degree in any descipline
