Voice Support Specialist International

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team and supervisors to achieve KPIs.

Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1+ year of experience

    in international voice process
  • Excellent

    English communication

    and active listening skills
  • Comfortable with

    night shifts

    (US timing)
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred

BPO/KPO experience is a strong advantage
