Voice Support Officer

As a customer service representative at our company, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and email. You will be expected to understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions to their queries. Driving sales through consultative conversations and upselling/cross-selling where applicable will also be a key responsibility. Meeting performance targets such as CSAT, sales, productivity, and quality is essential, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience (International BPO preferred) - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) - Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs - Graduation is mandatory - Immediate joiners preferred In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, it is important to note that the compensation for this position varies based on experience. For individuals with 1 year of Customer Service/Sales experience, the salary offered is 35K, whereas those with 1 year of Core Sales experience can expect 41K.
