Job Summary:

MSSquare Technologies is hiring Voice Support Engineers for our client projects in Hyderabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, troubleshooting basic product or account-related issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome — comprehensive training will be provided before deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner (inbound & outbound).
• Understand customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
• Accurately document call logs and case notes in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate technical team when necessary.
• Maintain daily and weekly performance metrics (calls handled, resolution rate, etc.).

Qualifications / Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, typing).
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Graduate in any discipline — freshers are encouraged to apply.
