About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Voice Process Executive. In this role, you will be handling incoming customer calls related to product queries, helping customers with information about our products, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, usage, etc.
  • Listen to customer needs; provide accurate and clear information.
  • Resolve product-related concerns or escalate them appropriately.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM or similar tool.
  • Meet / exceed call handling metrics (e.g. average call time, first call resolution, customer satisfaction).
  • Stay updated with product updates, features, promotions, policies etc.
  • Coordinate with product / technical / logistics teams when required.
  • Uphold company quality and customer service standards in every interaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages, e.g., English / Tamil / Hindi …]
  • Good listening skills, patience, ability to understand customer concerns.
  • Basic computer skills – comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, adapt to changes.
  • Problem solving mindset.
  • Good organizational skills; attention to detail.

Desirable / Plus Points

  • Prior experience in a voice process / call center / customer service role.
  • Experience handling product queries specifically.
  • Familiarity with upselling or cross selling.
  • Ability to speak additional languages.
