Voice Process

We are hiring for Customer Support Executive for banking process.
Minimum 6 months of experience in international Call Centre or 2 years of Domestic Banking experience.

Languages : Excellent English and Malayalam/Hindi/Kannada

Qualification : graduates

Salary : 20-25K CTC/Month

Work Location and Mode : Chennai,Pattabiram

Shift : 6 days working, Day Rotational shift, Rotational 1 off & Cab will be provided. Candidates must be within the boundary limits

Roles and responsibilities :

The Domestic Voice Process Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to customers for verification and renewal purposes. The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to ensure accurate data collection and timely completion of renewals.
