Job Description: As a Process Associate for a US-based process, your role will involve handling customer calls in a voice-based process during US shift timings. You should possess excellent communication skills to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information. Your responsibilities will include: - Attending inbound/outbound calls from US clients and resolving customer queries efficiently. - Documenting call information as per standard operating procedures. - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Following communication scripts for different topics. - Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant departments. Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English. - Availability to work during US shift timings (Night Shift - IST). - Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass / Any graduate. - Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities. - Prior experience in BPO or voice process is advantageous.
