Voice Process Executive

We are hiring for Voice, Non-Voice, and Blended Processes across leading global companies.

Job Details

• Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
• Process: Voice / Non-Voice / Blended
• Career Level: CL 11 (Experienced) & CL 12 (Freshers)

Experience Required:

• Freshers (Graduates/Undergraduates eligible for certain roles)
• 6 months – 4 years (Customer Support / Sales / Technical / Banking / Travel)
• Qualification: UG / Graduate)

Assessments:

• Voice Versant: 58–65
• Non-Voice Versant: 54–61
• SVAR / CVAR / WBI (as per role)
• Typing Speed: 25–30 WPM with 80–90% accuracy (Non-Voice/Blended roles)

Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Technical & logical reasoning (for chat/technical roles)
• Customer-first approach with problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹2.6 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA (based on role & experience)
• In-hand: ₹16,000 – ₹42,000 + Incentives/Bonus
• Allowances: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 (Process dependent)Perks:
• 1 Side / 2 Side Cab Facility
• Complexity Bonus (for certain roles)
• Laptop provided (Non-Voice roles)
• Working Days: 5 days | 2 Week Offs (Not consecutive)
• Shift: Rotational (24x7 for some processes)
