As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out regarding their security services. You will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. This role demands excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice process (international process experience preferred).
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving abilities with patience and empathy.
Flexibility to work in US night shifts and rotational offs.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer escalations effectively.
Respond to customer queries via calls and ensure timely resolution.
Assist customers in understanding and using security systems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
