We are seeking motivated and dynamic Voice Process Agents to join our team in India. The ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of experience in voice processes, demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer interactions as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve process and service quality.
1-4 years of experience in voice process or customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Proficient in using call center software and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
