Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Provide customer support via Voice, Chat, and Email for international clients.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Domain-Specific Support

  • Assist customers in Telecom, E-commerce, Banking, Technology Products, Travel, and Fraud-related queries.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to relevant teams.

Communication & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers from different regions and time zones.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Patience and empathy to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
