About the Role

Customer Support Executives


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction within defined timelines.
  • Adhere to organizational process guidelines, quality metrics, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational and organizational goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / 10+3 Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

  • Willingness to work in

    night shifts as well

  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate across multiple applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
