Description
In this role at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for conducting Transactional audits as per control plan to meet targeted accuracy and timeliness. You will also provide feedback and suggestions for improvement, publish Dashboards at defined intervals, and publish compliance dashboards as per plan. It is important to be flexible and available for any ad-hoc business requirement, ensuring the Confidentiality, Availability, and Integrity of Data. Additionally, you will conduct GAP Analysis & Controls, maintain continuous focus and drive to meet and exceed department SLAs, and conduct New Hire training and Refresher training based on TNA. Moreover, you will be responsible for conducting V&A interviews for the process, demonstrating proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software. You should have the ability to train on sounds (IPA), grammar, and soft skills, as well as demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. It is essential to have good knowledge of the audit and evaluation function, good understanding capabilities to improve customer experience, and be ready to work in Shift timings as per process requirement. Knowledge of the usage of MS Office and fluency in the English language are also required.
