Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Voice Coach to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 5 years of experience and a strong background in voice coaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective voice coaching strategies to enhance employee performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve vocal quality and presentation skills.
Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer interactions and provide feedback.
Create engaging content to promote positive work environment and team building activities.
Monitor employee progress and offer constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice coaching and customer service.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in voice coaching or a related field.
Strong knowledge of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO operations and processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with international teams and clients is an added advantage.
