Requirements: Experience: 0 to 3 years (preferred) Languages: English, Kanada etc Skills: Strong ability to convert leads into customers Location: Candidates from South Bangalore preferred Mode of Work: Primarily telephonic and chat based Incentives: Performance-based incentives on successful order conversions Role Summary: As a Customer Engagement Executive – CCTV & Smart Home Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have shown interest in our products. Your primary responsibility is to engage with these leads through phone calls, understand their needs, explain our CCTV and home automation solutions, and guide them towards a suitable package. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads who have shown interest in CCTV and smart home solutions. Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products and packages. Explain product features such as DVR/NVR, types of cameras, mobile app features, home automation options, etc. Build trust and maintain a professional tone during all interactions. Coordinate with the installation and technical teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale. Maintain call logs, status updates, and customer details in the CRM or tracking sheet. Assist in achieving monthly sales and engagement targets. Preferred Skills: Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Confident in speaking on calls and handling objections politely. Basic understanding of CCTV systems and smart home devices (training will be provided).
