We are inviting applications for Voice and Accent Trainer to support our digital marketing process in a leading BPO based in Gurgaon Job Title: Voice and Accent Trainer Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon Budget: Up to 12 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a certified Voice and Accent Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance the communication skills of our agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice and accent training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver voice and accent training programs for agents to improve their communication skills - Assess agents' communication skills and provide feedback for improvement - Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments - Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop customized training programs - Collaborate with operations teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement - Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessment results, and feedback Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field. - Certification in voice and accent training (e.g. CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent). - At least 2 years of experience in voice and accent training, preferably in a BPO or call center environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt to changing training requirements. - Proficient in MS Office and training management software.
