We are seeking an experienced English trainer with a background in British Council certification or who has been certified to conduct TOEFL or IELTS classes. It is Ideal, if the candidate holds a DELTA certification. Years of Experience: Min 4+ years as a soft Skills/communication trainer The job roles and responsibilities are, Needs Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business objectives. Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve programs based on participant and stakeholder input. Language Proficiency & Cultural Sensitivity: Assess language proficiency, customize course materials, and foster an inclusive learning environment that respects cultural diversity.
