We are seeking an experienced English trainer with a background in British Council certification or who has been certified to conduct TOEFL or IELTS classes. It is Ideal, if the candidate holds a DELTA certification. The primary goal for this trainer is to enhance our employees' ability to communicate effectively in English with their peers and supervisors, follow and comprehend instructions, and collaborate efficiently. Years of Experience: Min 4+ years as a soft Skills/communication trainer The job roles and responsibilities are, Needs Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business objectives. Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve programs based on participant and stakeholder input. Language Proficiency & Cultural Sensitivity: Assess language proficiency, customize course materials, and foster an inclusive learning environment that respects cultural diversity. Training Development & Delivery: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to employees who struggle to converse in English Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, using diverse delivery methods, including live, , in-person classroom sessions and if required virtual sessions Collaboration & Professional Development: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify and prioritise training needs especially related to English learning Stay updated on trends and best practices in soft skills training and English language teaching. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress. Prepare reports highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Preferred candidate profile The candidate should have the below skill sets, Expertise in creating engaging and effective training materials. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a dynamic presentation style. Proficient in conducting TNA and evaluating training effectiveness. Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities. Capable of fostering an inclusive learning environment. Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field. TESOL, TOEFL, or IELTS, certification is a plus. British council certified trainers (DELTA certified) 4 years plus in soft skills training, with a focus on phonetics, grammar, and sentence construction.
