Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vocational Trainer based in Gujarat, India. The Vocational Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing lesson plans and materials, tracking trainee progress, and preparing reports. They will also mentor trainees and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery and seamless program execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing lesson plans and delivering vocational training programs
• Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in performance tracking and report preparation
• Familiarity with skilling initiatives and industry trends
• Ability to adapt training to diverse trainee needs
• Relevant certifications and/or a degree in education, training, or a related field
• Experience in training youth and working within government programs is an advantage
• Proficiency in local languages is beneficial
