Qualification Required:

Candidate must have any one of the following degrees from a recognized institute/university:

1. M.Sc. in Horticulture/Agriculture with at least 1 year of work/teaching experience

2. B.Sc. in Agriculture/Horticulture with minimum 1 year of work/teaching experience

3. Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture with at least 2 years of work/teaching experience

4. BRS in Agriculture/Horticulture with at least 2 years of work/teaching experience

Experience Required:

• Candidates who have completed M.Sc or B.Sc with 1 year of experience.
• Candidates who have completed a Diploma or BRS with 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver practical and theoretical training sessions in Agriculture/Horticulture.

- Guide students in agriculture-related projects, fieldwork, and practical demonstrations.

- Maintain training records, lesson plans, and student assessment reports.

- Ensure the implementation of NSQF guidelines and curriculum standards.

- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress.

- Coordinate with school authorities, project coordinators, and management.

- Support students in improving agricultural skills and employability.

- Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment.

Skills Required:

- Teaching and communication skills

- Practical knowledge of agriculture and horticulture techniques

- Classroom management skills

- Ability to motivate and guide students

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, documentation)
