Responsible for converged infrastructure related issues, provisioning, new deployment support/Planning, and expansion of resources. Responsibility to maximize the uptime and performance characteristics for SAN infrastructure and converged platforms. Handling the issues escalated by L2 Team and client escalation to make sure the closure ASAP. Analyzes the results of storage/RecoverPonit/UCS/vCentre monitoring and recommends changes to improve performance, security and utilization. Plans and recommends infrastructure modifications or additional equipment to increase system capacities Troubleshooting to maintain high levels of system uptime and performance. Coordinate with OEM to replace the HW/advance troubleshoot/code upgrade etc. Day to day operation activities, BMC ticket closure within SLA, Coordination & work with multiple teams’ stack holders to solve the issue. Planning to perform the required changes and raise the RFC accordingly.
