VMC Operator & Setter

Job Description

Position: VMC Setter Operator. Qualification: ITI /Diploma/BE(Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering) Ahmedabad Candidate will be prefered Reporting To: Supervisor/Operation Manager. We are looking for VMC Setter Operator with following capabilities.  Proven experience as VMC operator.  Experience on Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.  Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.  Knowledge of G Code - M Code.  Expertise in operating VMC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools  Prepare daily production report.  Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.  Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM .  Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.  Knowledge of GD&T.  Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts .  Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.  Ability to give training to trainee Operator.  Good communication abilities.  A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach.
