Job Description

Description We are seeking a skilled VMC Machine Operator with a Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate VMC machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficient machine performance. Responsibilities Set up and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines according to specifications. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on VMC machines to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements. Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. Skills and Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. 1-5 years of experience in operating VMC machines or similar CNC machines. Strong understanding of machining processes and principles. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code is a plus. Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
