VLSI - DFT

Role Overview: You have over 8 years of experience in ASIC/DFT - simulation and Silicon validation, with at least one Full chip DFT project under your belt. Your expertise with tools such as ATPG - TestKompress, MBIST - MentorETVerify, Simulation - VCS (preferred), ModelSim is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end to end VLSI components & hardware systems: - Design, analyze, develop, modify and evaluate VLSI components and hardware systems - Determine architecture and logic design verification through software for component and system simulation - Analyze designs, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results for prototype and production VLSI solutions - Conduct system evaluations, provide recommendations, allocate modules for testing, and review project documentation - Provide guidance on technical escalations, review regression testing data, prepare documentation containing test case and product scripts for IP - Provide customer support & governance of VLSI components & hardware systems: - Identify and recommend system improvements for technical performance - Inspect VLSI components & hardware systems for compliance with regulations and safety standards - Provide technical support to clients, help debug engineering problems, evaluate operational systems and proposals, and recommend design modifications - Team Management: - Resourcing: - Forecast talent requirements, hire right resources, and train direct reportees for recruitment and selection decisions - Talent Management: - Ensure compliance to onboarding and training standards, build internal talent pool, promote diversity in leadership positions - Performance Management: - Set goals, conduct performance reviews, give feedback, and take necessary action on performance issues - Employee Satisfaction and Engagement: - Lead engagement initiatives, track satisfaction scores, challenge the team with enriching projects, exercise employee recognition and appreciation Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in ASIC/DFT - simulation and Silicon validation - Experience in at least one Full chip DFT project - Expertise with tools such as ATPG - TestKompress, MBIST - MentorETVerify, Simulation - VCS (preferred), ModelSim Additional Company Details: Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO) is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions for clients" digital transformation needs.
