Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS R12 applications to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain technical components including :
• PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
• Oracle Forms and Reports
• BI Publisher reports and XML templates
• Oracle Workflows and Concurrent Programs
• Build, enhance, and support EBS extensions, interfaces, and integrations with external systems
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using standard APIs, open interfaces, and custom programs
• Collaborate closely with functional teams (Finance, SCM, etc.) to translate functional requirements into technical designs
• Prepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment plans
• Support EBS upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Ensure solutions adhere to Oracle best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12
• Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL
• Solid experience with :
• Oracle Forms and Reports
• BI Publisher
• Oracle Workflow
• Good functional understanding of Oracle EBS modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and/or Supply Chain (PO, INV, BOM, WIP, OM)
• Experience supporting EBS in a production environment
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
  

Nice To Have / Additional Skills

• Experience with OA Framework (OAF) development
• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS public APIs and open interfaces
• Experience with SOA / Service-Oriented Architecture and integrations
• Unix/Linux scripting for automation and batch processing
• Exposure to Oracle APEX development
• Experience in EBS upgrades, migrations, or performance tuning
