🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Key Responsibilities

• Translate storyboards into polished on-screen visuals.
• Design motion graphics and animations for instructional videos (2D/animated).
• Craft infographics, icons, and visual aids that simplify complex content.
• Produce, edit, and finalize video assets suited for corporate learning.
• Could you make sure brand consistency across eLearning modules?
• Partner with IDs, SMEs, and developers during the project’s full lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of visual design and motion trends to elevate course quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong interpretive skills: grasp storyboards and content narratives.
• Proficient in motion design: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience visualizing and executing graphic assets for learning.
• Familiarity with eLearning module creation and authoring tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and inventive mindset.
• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate in remote/team settings.
• Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines independently.
• Degree or certification in Visual Design, Motion Graphics, or related domain.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience in corporate eLearning or instructional design.
• Knowledge of e-learning best practices (SCORM, adult learning, microlearning).
