Job Description

Role Overview

Visualizer

Key Responsibilities

Translate briefs into creative design concepts & videos
Lead and review visual design output across multiple projects
Supervise and mentor junior designers
Ensure high-quality, on-brand, timely delivery
Collaborate with ACC teams for end-to-end execution
Stay updated on design trends and innovation
Participate in brainstorms and client-facing presentations

Required Skills

Strong visual storytelling and design fundamentals
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
Working knowledge of UX principles, funnel-based design, and personalization
Video and UX design experience preferred
Exposure to tools like Dreamweaver, Google Web Designer
Experience across digital media: social, websites, banners, emailers, branding

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or Graphic Design
4–5 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio
