Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser at our company, your role involves developing and executing effective visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's image and objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, studying target audience preferences, and staying updated on industry best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and designing visually appealing displays, window dressings, and product presentations to showcase merchandise attractively - Arranging products, props, lighting, signage, and graphics to create an engaging shopping environment - Collaborating with store managers and architects to plan the layout of merchandise, fixtures, and displays for optimal space utilization and traffic flow - Ensuring strategic positioning of products to optimize visibility, accessibility, and cross-selling opportunities - Coordinating with inventory teams to maintain adequate stock levels and ensure proper replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor - Monitoring product availability to meet customer demand effectively Qualifications required for this role: - Prior experience in visual merchandising or related field preferred - Strong creativity and design skills - Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Our company offers various benefits including commuter assistance, flexible schedule, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
