Your role will involve designing and executing captivating visual displays to enhance the brand's identity, increase sales, and improve customer experience in the sports retail environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement attractive in-store and window displays following brand guidelines and seasonal themes. - Ensure clear distinction and identity between Activewear and Lifestyle categories for enhanced customer navigation. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create visual layouts for promotional events, product launches, and festival campaigns. - Conduct regular audits to assess VM implementation, store compliance, and identify areas for enhancement. - Maintain consistent VM presentation and planogram adherence across all sections. - Analyze the impact of visual merchandising on sales and footfall, providing actionable insights for improvement. - Adjust display focal points and product arrangements based on stock movement and customer trends. - Provide visual merchandising support and training to store staff to uphold standards. - Collaborate with the team on new concepts, fixture placements, and layout changes. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor visuals, and customer preferences to ensure displays remain relevant. Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in retail or sports-related settings. - Ideally hold a degree/diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Communication, Retail Management, or a related field. - Demonstrate strong design sense, color coordination skills, and meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in retail merchandising software/tools is advantageous. - Willingness to travel to different store locations as necessary. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. - Passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyles is a bonus.
