Visual Merchandiser

As a Virtual Visual Merchandiser, your role will involve creating and directing visual content for social media, digital platforms, and print, ensuring brand consistency and strong visual storytelling across all touchpoints. You will be working across multiple industries, with a focus on fashion and hospitality brands. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a virtual visual merchandiser, emphasizing on fashion and hospitality. - Demonstrating strong proficiency in Canva and other graphic/creative tools. - Possessing a strong aesthetic sensibility with an understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and brand-led visuals. - Interpreting client briefs and brand guidelines to create compelling creatives. - Creating visuals for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and print collateral. - Producing static creatives such as posts, banners, look books, menus, flyers, etc. - Conceptualizing and directing dynamic content like reels, short-form videos, and motion-led assets. - Providing clear creative direction for video shoots and post-production edits. - Maintaining strong communication and coordination to ensure consistent visual output across formats. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Fashion Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual merchandising, content creation, and brand-led campaigns. In terms of experience, a minimum of 3-5 years in visual merchandising, content creation, or graphic design is preferred, especially within fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors. Proven experience in creating visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and print materials is necessary, and experience in conceptualizing and directing short-form video and motion graphics is highly desirable. Please note the office timings are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with working days being Monday and Saturday (Alternative Saturdays off). The salary offered is up to 35k.
