Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Reservations Trainee based in Gurugram. The Hotel Reservations Trainee will be responsible for handling customer reservations, managing communications, providing exceptional customer service, performing receptionist duties, and coordinating with food and beverage services. The role involves interacting with guests, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and ability to manage reservations
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities and experience with Receptionist Duties
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage coordination
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of revenue optimization is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field is preferred
