Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and set up in-store and window displays according to seasonal themes, promotions, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all displays are aligned with the store’s marketing strategy and current fashion trends.
• Organize product placement to maximize visibility and encourage impulse buying.
• Maintain mannequins, props, and signage to ensure displays are fresh and appealing at all times.
• Collaborate with store management and sales teams to implement campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor competitor displays and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Adjust layouts and displays quickly for seasonal changes, sales events, or new arrivals.
• Maintain stock presentation standards and ensure merchandise is well-folded, steamed, and tagged.
• Adhere to health, safety, and store operational guidelines during display setups.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion/clothing retail.
• Strong creative and artistic sense with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of fashion trends, colours, and styling.
• Space planning and layout skills to optimize store flow.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Physically fit for lifting, moving displays, and working at heights.
• Basic knowledge of tools and display installation techniques.
• Familiarity with design or layout software is an advantage.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, or Marketing
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a visual merchandising role in retail fashion.

Work Conditions:

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and during seasonal changeovers.
• Involves standing for long hours and performing physical tasks.
