Visual Merchandiser

The VM Operations Executive will be responsible for driving the execution of visual merchandising plans across retail stores in the region. This role entails ensuring consistent brand presentation by timely implementing marketing campaigns, store displays, and product highlights. A strong emphasis is placed on coordination, attention to detail, and supporting store teams in maintaining high visual standards. Responsibilities: - Execute visual merchandising plans, guidelines, and standards for stores within the region, ensuring consistency with brand image and visual merchandising policies. - Conduct regular visits to retail stores to audit and evaluate VM execution. Guide and support store teams in resolving display issues and maintaining compliance with VM guidelines. - Update and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, standards, and best practices. Provide hands-on training to store teams to ensure understanding and proper execution of VM principles. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform visual merchandising strategies. Provide regular reports on VM initiatives, sales performance, and customer feedback. - Work closely with cross-functional teams like store operations, marketing, and product to ensure alignment and effective execution. Communicate VM strategies, guidelines, and best practices to store teams and stakeholders. Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail/fashion. - Strong coordination, teamwork, and process orientation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong visual merchandising and design skills. - Knowledge of visual merchandising software and tools. - Openness to extensive travel within the region.,
