Visual Merchandiser

Role Overview: You will be responsible for defining a creative visual merchandising strategy and yearly VM calendar based on brand guidelines. Your role will involve designing, planning, and executing store windows, focal points, and material displays to showcase key products, themes, or promotions. Additionally, you will be tasked with sourcing and ordering VM and styling props, adapting windows and creatives across regional stores, and researching lifestyle, demographics, and design trends. Maintaining and ensuring store upkeep will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Define a creative visual merchandising strategy and yearly VM calendar as per brand guidelines - Design, plan, and execute store windows, focal points, and material displays in the store - Source and order VM and styling props - Adapt windows and creatives across region stores as per the calendar - Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends - Maintain and be responsible for store upkeep Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, interior design, or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably 4-6 years in the home interior or home furnishing industry - Strong creative and design skills - Proficiency in sketch-up or 3D max software and other relevant design tools - Knowledge of home interiors and styling - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,
