As a Visual Merchandiser at DailyObjects, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our offline retail spaces to create engaging in-store experiences that resonate with our brand identity and captivate customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies across all offline retail formats to boost brand visibility and drive sales - Planning and executing store layouts, window displays, product zoning, and seasonal themes in alignment with marketing campaigns - Creating planograms, VM guidelines, and display standards to maintain brand consistency - Collaborating with internal teams to synchronize visual presentations with promotional activities - Supervising store setups, fixture placements, and display installations to uphold the brand's aesthetic integrity - Conducting regular store audits and training sessions to ensure adherence to VM standards - Coordinating with vendors and fabricators for display production to ensure high-quality execution - Monitoring VM budgets, timelines, and inventory of props and fixtures - Analyzing store performance and customer response to refine visual strategies and enhance the overall store experience Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Retail Management, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising for lifestyle, fashion, or design-led retail brands - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools - Strong understanding of store layout planning, product presentation, and material detailing - Excellent sense of aesthetics, color, lighting, and spatial arrangement - Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail - Willingness to travel to different store locations for setup and audits Join DailyObjects to bring our design sensibility to life in our offline spaces and create memorable experiences for our customers.,
