Job Description

Design and implement compelling in-store and window displays in alignment with seasonal themes and marketing campaigns. Plan store layouts and product positioning to maximize sales opportunities and foot traffic flow. Ensure all visual elements reflect the brand’s identity and maintain high visual standards. Collaborate with the Merchandising and Store Teams to highlight priority products and promotional items. Conduct regular store visits and visual audits to maintain consistency and provide feedback. Monitor product performance and customer behavior to recommend layout or display adjustments. Assist in training store staff on visual merchandising basics and display maintenance. Coordinate with the Marketing Team for setup of promotional events or product launches. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor visuals for continuous improvement. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
