Position: Visual Designer

Location: On Site - Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Work primarily with the Meta Static Ads Department under the marketing team to design and deliver high-converting ad creatives.
• Create web banners, logo units, and other visual assets for campaigns.
• Develop key visuals for ongoing and upcoming campaigns, while optimizing existing assets for better performance.
• Actively contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

What We Expect:

• Deep knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (No Canva Users will be entertained).
• Basic knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Any other design or 3D tool knowledge is a plus, but not compulsory.
• 1–3 years in a design/advertising agency.
• Willingness to relocate to Pune – let’s collaborate better.
• Someone who is excited about creating, not just executing.
