Visual Designer (Graphic + Motion)

What You’ll Do

• Design platform-specific creatives across social media, web, and mobile.
• Create high-impact web and mobile banners for ad campaigns and product launches.
• Produce animated videos, motion explainers, reels, and UI mockups for product storytelling.
• Design visual assets for emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and onboarding journeys.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to turn briefs into brand-aligned visuals.
• Stay updated on visual trends and actively apply them to improve our brand presence across formats.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Strong command over After Effects, Premiere Pro, and a basic sense of sound design.
• Solid understanding of 2D animation principles (3D is a bonus), layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating both static and motion creatives, with a clear grasp of social media nuances.
• A sense for brand, tone, and visual storytelling — not just in what you design, but how it feels.
• Attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within timelines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools like DALL·E and experience designing product explainers or walkthroughs.
