About the Role Were looking for a talented Visual/UX Designer to join our design team and lead user experience and interface design across our web presence and marketing assets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams – product, marketing, and engineering – to create seamless, user-centric web experiences that reflect our brand, drive engagement, and convert visitors into users or customers. Key Responsibilities Support the marketing team by creating impactful designs for various channels, including the website, marketing campaign materials, microsites, social media assets, and marketing emails. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and After Effects). Ensure UX consistency across all digital touchpoints, including email, social, and paid media creatives. Expanding the Brand: Enhancing our efforts with our design system by creating more scalable and consistent assets that function across all touchpoints. Analyze website performance (heatmaps, GA, A/B tests) to identify UX improvements. Ensure all visual assets adhere to FluidCloud’s brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design or relevant experience 5+ years of experience designing in a digital creative agency or client-side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus A standout portfolio demonstrating sophisticated web design projects, thoughtful art direction, impactful illustrations, and elegant marketing collateral. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow (nice to have), or similar tools. Experience designing compelling websites and marketing assets that adhere to accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers. Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate concepts, ideas, and creative decisions to stakeholders Bonus Points For Experience designing for developer-focused products or technical audiences Motion graphics or animation skills Ability to write or improve microcopy and UI text.
